Have a look at the chocolate aisles in the supermarket and you'll see that chocolate isn't what it used to be. When I was growing up, there was milk chocolate for snacking, and unsweetened and semisweet squares for baking, as well as semisweet chocolate chips. Now we have a great number of selections. At good markets, you can choose between 60 percent, 70 percent or even 80 percent or higher dark chocolate. (12/05) More
