The 'Divine' cake maker
There have always been cakes abound- first and foremost the butter cake-add a different flavour or colour to it, with icing to top it off- then it's a ribbon or chocolate cake. The varieties and the names in accordance with them, are endless- 'Date', 'Fruit', 'Cherry' followed by even the famous 'Love' cake. In the 70's and 80's the hot favourite among many in Colombo was the chocolate cake of Green Cabin. It earned a special place by the cake loving public. (28/04) Read
